Self-Connection Course Program Outline

Setting Your Intention & Goals
Setting an intention allows you to have a touch point to return to when the work gets heavy or challenging so that you stay on course. It also allows me to guide you and hold you accountable to your goals.

Building Self-Trust
In order to make positive changes in our life, we need to be able to trust ourselves to be honest and accountable. This coaching relationship will allow you to build trust in a safe and motivating way.

Practicing Self-Compassion
Diving into deep inner work requires a significant amount of compassion as we identify the areas we want to improve or change and what we need to do to move forward and make those changes.

Attuning To Your Inner Guidance System
Learning to recognize and check in with our Inner Guidance System allows us to feel safe and supported, helping us to better identify when our ego or fear is in the driver's seat, so we can take our power back.

Living From Your Core Values
We are always making decisions from our value system. Identifying those values allows you to live from your value system in a more conscious way as well as connect with others more authentically.

Advocating For Your Needs
Our motivation for change is strongly dependent on knowing what we need. When we acknowledge our unmet needs, we are empowered to find ways to have our needs met in healthier ways.

Creating Healthy Boundaries
Boundaries highlight what we need to feel safe in connection with ourselves and others, and communicating those boundaries effectively offers the bridge to deep connection.

Integration For Daily Living
After the work of challenging the way you think and what you believe, you will put into practice exercising the skills you have learned, all the while feeling more connected to yourself and others.
